Reasons for the Forced Seal of the Stainless Steel Forged Steel Valve

Forged steel valves can be specifically classified into forged steel check valves, forged steel gate valves, forged steel ball valves, forged steel globe valves, self-sealing gate valves, self-sealing globe valves, self-sealing check valves, forged steel needle valves, forged steel insulation valves, high-pressure forged steel gate valves, forged steel bellows valves, etc.

Forced sealing is adopted for most of the stainless steel forged steel valves. When the stainless steel forged steel valve is closed, the valve plate must be forced to the valve seat by external force to ensure the sealing performance of the sealing surface. Stainless steel forged steel valves should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. When the forged steel gate valve is closed, the sealing surface can only rely on the medium pressure to achieve sealing purpose, that is, press the sealing surface of the valve plate to the valve seat on the other side to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface by the medium pressure, which is self-sealing.

Stainless steel forged steel valves are used a lot in pipelines. The stainless steel material has an ideal corrosion resistance. Stainless steel forged steel valves can be divided into wedge gate valves and parallel gate valves according to the sealing surface configuration. The wedge gate valve can be divided into the single wedge type, double wedge type and elastic wedge type. Parallel gate valves can be divided into the single wedge type and double wedge type. Stainless steel forged steel valves can be divided into two types which are rising stem gate valves and non rising stem gate valves according to the thread position of the valve stem.
